As one of the few public fine chemical companies in China, Yantai Valiant Fine Chemicals Co. Ltd. has been engaged in the R&D, production and sales of fine chemical products, including liquid crystal materials, pharmaceutical intermediates and photoelectronic chemicals. Valiant covers an area of 154,000.00 m2, of which plant construction area is 39,000.00 m2. The registered capital is RMB 137.82 million and the total asset is RMB1.5 billion. Valiant consists of the headquarters, production base, 3 wholly owned subsidiaries and 2 joint venture companies. The headquarters is located at 11 Wuzhishan Rd., YEDA Yantai, and the production base is located at 60 Taiyuan Rd., Dajijia, YEDA Yantai.
